The client wanted to build a 4BHK house with parking spaces for atleast 2 cars, a 2BHK rental flat, a jacuzzi, a home theatre/lounge room, views of the city, lots of glass, lots of sunlight, lots of plants, and lots of open spaces; all within a G+3 floors (or lesser) building 

Concept:

The complex requirements were solved through smart planning of the internal layout of the house, with provisions for huge windows, lots of fun open spaces, and many common spaces for family and friends to gather in, with views of the city wherever possible
