Title: TDR Apartment Elevation
Client: Kumbakonam-based developer

Scope: Elevation
Brief:
The client wanted an elevation designed for an almost ready-to-occupy apartment complex of around 10 blocks (of at least 4 floors each). The client preferred neo-classical / traditional style of architecture. The buildings were already at plaster and primer stage. The deadline for completing the elevation work onsite was within 2 months. The client required a budget-friendly design which did not change the existing masonry. Additionally, the proposal was to be executed by the labour force already available at site.
Concept:
An European-style streetscape was the inspiration for the proposed design at the site. Ample landscaping, textured paint finishes, simple elevation details, and pastel colour palette was collected into a cohesive design to deliver a combined effect. The requirements and constraints specified above were also followed in this proposal.
