The client wanted an elevation designed for an almost ready-to-occupy apartment complex. The client preferred 1970s to 1980s details for the project's design. The buildings were already at plaster and primer stage, thus the proposal was to be based on surface plaster details only.

Concept:

The brightly coloured South Indian temples and halls were the original inspiration for the proposed design. Bright colours, textured paint finishes, simple elevation details, and ornate cornices etc. were combined.
